Therapeutic Yoga Class
9-10 am Therapeutic Yoga Class 10$ Drop In fee per class
9-10 am Mondays in our Fellowship Hall. Offered by Dr. Dennie Dorall, the therapy can ease movement and decrease daily pain. The session tailors to the needs of the participants so all health needs can be addressed. This is taught in open communication form and is for health issues not a choreographed yoga movement. Anyone of any ability can take this class.
