Therapeutic Yoga Class
9-10 am Therapeutic Yoga Class $10 Drop In Fee. Fellowship Hall
9-10 am Mondays in our Fellowship Hall. Offered by Dr. Dennie Dorall,
the therapy can ease movement and decrease daily pain. The session
tailors to the needs of the participants so all health needs can be
addressed. This is taught in open communication form and is for health
issues not a choreographed yoga movement. Anyone of any ability can
take this class.
